— Why Microgreens —

Small Greens.
Serious Nutrition.

Microgreens are baby vegetables harvested about a week or two after sprouting, right when their nutrition peaks. Studies have found many microgreens carry far higher concentrations of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants than the full-grown version of the same plant.

They're crisp, fresh, and packed with flavor, and they turn an ordinary meal into something that actually feeds you. We grow ours clean, without pesticides, and cut them the day they go home with you.

That's the whole point of buying local: food that hasn't spent a week on a truck.

The Family Behind First Fruits

Family bonding while gardening together in warm sunlight

We're the Marinos — a family of seven growing food the way it was meant to be grown: fresh, clean, and by hand.

First Fruits is our way of putting good food on our neighbors' tables and teaching our five boys that honest work and honest food still matter.

Every tray is grown with care and cut the day it goes home with you. Thanks for supporting a local family farm.
