Living microgreens for your family, grown by hand in Northwest Florida and picked the day you get them.
— Why Microgreens —
Microgreens are baby vegetables harvested about a week or two after sprouting, right when their nutrition peaks. Studies have found many microgreens carry far higher concentrations of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants than the full-grown version of the same plant.
They're crisp, fresh, and packed with flavor, and they turn an ordinary meal into something that actually feeds you. We grow ours clean, without pesticides, and cut them the day they go home with you.
That's the whole point of buying local: food that hasn't spent a week on a truck.
